Nestlé Graduate Recruitment

Online contentVideo  , ,

So, how do you attract new graduates to your organisation? One way is to promote your Graduate Program and show how it’s helped previous inductees. With very limited time, we shot a number of current and previous Nestlé “NextGen” graduates in front of a green screen and produced two short videos to promote the program. We also shot a couple of multi-camera interviews with a couple of the graduates who shared their experience of the program. The videos are now being promoted through Nestlé’s website, on YouTube and embedded in a recruitment site and, judging by the viewer numbers, are helping get the message out there about how good an organisation Nestlé is to work for and why the Graduate Program is a good way to start a corporate career.

Nestlé Bar and Grain Infomercials

Online contentVideo  , ,

We recently had a fun day with a couple of Nestlé nutritionists shooting ten short infomercials to inform viewers about the Health Star Rating system and a variety of Nestlé Uncle Toby bar and grain products. This is an example of how short video infomercials can be used by companies to promote awareness of their products but to also help them with their search engine optimisation as video is a medium that search engines prioritise. So, if you want your products to stand out – consider making a series of short infomercials to help them along!

ADMA IQ and DataDay Videos

Online contentVideo  , ,

For ADMA (Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising), we recently produced a number of videos for their new IQ training program plus a video to promote their DataDay event. We were provided with a series of video interviews that had been shot during a conference event they’d held shortly beforehand. The challenge was that the interviews were shot against a plain backdrop that wasn’t visually very interesting. To add engagement, we came up with an introductory sting animation using ADMA’s new coloured tile logo design and then extended the device by dropping each interview segment into variously coloured moving boxes. Adding movement and colour definitely enhanced the end product. For the DataDay video, we produced a second sting and a second “look” with a rotating ring transition device to again add visual interest to the videos.

The ROAD to RETAIL – website & online courses

Online content  , , ,

We recently co-founded a new online education venture – The ROAD to RETAIL – with retail marketing guru Kevin Moore. Kevin is the Chairman of one of Australia’s largest retail marketing agencies, Crossmark, and has been involved in retail marketing for more years than he cares to remember. Through his unique experience of working in the retail field across many continents, he has developed up his perception of the three essential ingredients to sustainable retail success. He calls these “The Retail Trifecta” and they are: great store formats; genuine service from passionate and loyal sales staff and excellent point-of-sale and back-office systems. The point is, if you get each of these elements right, they have a multiplying benefit. Together, we have produced an online course with over 4 hours of video and audio content to help retailers grow their business. The course “Master the Shopper Experience to build your retail business” is available on the Udemy online education platform. We’ve also built a website to support the project. The site is primarily a celebration of retail excellence from around the world.

Home Migration Services brand re-design

DesignOnline content

At SILVER WOLF Productions, we work with a lot of talented creatives. Although our core business is video, video coaching and online content production, we are also looking at ways we can help our clients leverage our skills and contacts to help them through projects that fall outside of their everyday expertise. Basically, we’re making available our production management skills to help them access outsourced economies. A recent project that fell into this space was a brand and corporate ID re-design for Home Migration Services, a migration agency. For this, we briefed a number of graphic designers, selected a winning design from a short-list and then managed the application of the new design into a suite of new stationery and PowerPoint templates.

Bodybolster logo, packaging design and photography

The bodybolster is an amazing little product that has to be tried to be believed. This simple self-inflating “bolster”really helps aching muscles and back issues and can also change an ordinary chair into an ergonomic masterpiece – we should know, a number of us use them at Screentime. Although the product is great, the old branding and packaging wasn’t working so we helped develop up a new logo, new packaging and new website to help the business grow. Nigel even did the photography for the packaging and website – his first session in a stills studio in more years than he cared to remember but a productive day that generated a lot of excellent images to help market the business. At last, people are beginning to recognise the brilliance of this product and sales are now growing exponentially!
